Details of the Role:


We are looking for an experienced Training Manager. The Training Manager will play a pivotal role in developing, launching, and overseeing our Hybrid Drone Training Program. This role involves curriculum development, instructor recruitment and training, partnership development, and the management of both the online platform and in-person training sessions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drone technology, education, and program management, with the ability to innovate and operate in a fast-paced environment.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Program Development & Management : Lead the development of the curriculum for the drone training program, ensuring it meets industry standards and regulatory requirements. Manage all aspects of the program lifecycle from inception to delivery, including updates and continuous improvement.
  • Hybrid Model Implementation : Design and implement a seamless hybrid training model that integrates online learning with practical, offline workshops and flight training sessions.
  • Instructor Recruitment & Training : Identify, recruit, and train instructors who are experts in drone technology and pedagogy, ensuring high-quality delivery of both online and offline content.
  • Partnership Development : Build relationships with technology providers, regulatory bodies, and industry partners to enhance the program's relevance, quality, and recog nition.
  • Quality Assurance : Establish and maintain high standards for the training program, including student assessment, instructor performance, and course material quality.
  • Regulatory Compliance : Ensure the program and its operations comply with local and national regulations concerning drone operation and training.
  • Student Engagement & Success : Develop strategies to recruit students, ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction, and track the success of graduates in the drone industry.
  • Budget Management : Oversee the program budget, including resource allocation, cost control, and financial reporting.


Skills & Qualification:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Engineering, Aviation, or related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in training program development and management, preferably in drone technology or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of the drone industry, including regulatory requirements, safety standards, and market trends in India.
  • Experience designing and implementing hybrid(online-offline) learning models. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with instructors, students, and industry partners. Proficient in using digital learning platforms and technologies.
  • Willingness to travel within India for program development and execution.
