Job Overview:

As a Program Manager (Strategic Content), you will be responsible for planning, strategizing, and executing content tailored for thought leadership purposes for all CXOs and management. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's narrative and positioning in the market through high-quality content initiatives. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.


The ideal candidate working in this role must have extensive experience in content creation and editing space with a high obsession for content quality and customer satisfaction.


This is a contractual and in-office role based out of Thane, Mumbai office for 12 months



Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy across different channels and platforms (Website, Blogs, App, Social Media, and LinkedIn) aligned with Aditya Birla Capital Digital’s objectives and target audience.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams, to understand business priorities and translate them into compelling content initiatives.
  • Should have in-depth knowledge of multi-format content across different digital channels and extract high-quality content assets from different types of creators
  • Build approach and questionnaires to get information from the CXOs of Aditya Birla Capital which will guide the content creators to build strong quality thought leadership pieces for LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Manage the end-to-end content production/execution process, from ideation to managing creators and publishing knowledge, ensuring alignment with the timelines.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and external partners to gather insights and input for content development, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates, to evaluate effectiveness and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in content marketing and thought leadership within the financial services industry, and incorporate insights into content strategies.


The ideal candidate must -

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in content marketing, thought leadership, or a similar role within the financial services sector.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Excellent understanding of content creation and editing, storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and multitask effectively.
  • Should be good at making presentations and slides.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms to track and measure content performance.
