We are looking for someone who has handled the tender process/Govt tender/ e-tender individually.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must know about all Tender Documents and letters, Knowledge of Government departments, sectors etc, Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation, tender reviews and deadlines, and Ability to coordinate several tasks at a time.

Good communication skills, good in computers, must have exposure to handling govt. tenders can bring new business through tenders to the company.

Candidates must have experience in searching Tenders on various sites & he has experience on tender documentation.

Study tender documentation, and prepare pre-bid queries, qualification criteria and gaps if any.

Determine the need for Joint Venture/collaboration and lead the efforts.

Attend the pre-bid meetings if required.

Prepare a risk-reward matrix for the opportunity and obtain relevant approval from the risk / legal team.

Source relevant document- Bid bonds, pre-qualification documents, CVs of relevant professionals required and collaborate for excess relevant equipment.

Determine target pricing and target technical score.

Coordinate with the F&A team for BG/EMD etc.

Coordinate proposal preparation and review and conduct internal evaluation.

Ensure timely submission of the proposal along with other technical and financial documentation.

Finalise the contract, submit Performance Guarantee, Joint Venture finalisation, prepare budget and hand-over to Operations.

Independently technically evaluate all CVs as submitted in bids.

Ensure submission of verified & high-scoring CVs only.

Must have Qualifications

Must have Bachelor's / Master's degree in GIS OR Engineering degree in Geomatics/GIS/Civil.

3-5 Years of experience in the Tendering Department.

Strong References from your existing Company.
