BOM Branch Operations Manager Locations: Mangalore/ Hassan / Tumkur Key Accountabilities 1. Deepening, Retention of customers across all products by providing best services, which is measurable through increase in ETB Book balance movement. 2. Increase of Fee Income by Collection of locker rent arrears and cross selling of TPP. Adhering cost control mechanism. 3. Timely processing and monitoring of customer instruction. Compliance monitoring and reduction in complaints. 4. Ensure no Operational Risk loss, no Regulatory Breach, no Reputation Risk Incident, No delays in reporting. Ensure no gaps in process and repeat of audit comments. 5. Branch upkeep and maintenance to enhance the customer experience. Job Duties & responsibilities 1. Ensure that the process controls are implemented at the branch as per the timelines specified and strictly adhered as per the changes with emphasis on Gold Loans, Lockers, Deliverables, Dual Control and Key Handling, Cash, Notice Board updation and CCTV review. 2. To improve the employee engagement score to the highest extent possible and to ensure employee reviews are taken in to consideration for betterment of team strength. 3. Ensure timely completion of training requirements of all staff and BOH before deadlines. Ensure employees are trained and briefed on changes in regulations. 4. Acts as a trusted partner to internal and external clients by delivering superior, honest advice, products and services. 5. Strengthen the TAT to improve customer efficiency which helps to achieve business goals. Holds self-accountable for ensuring timely processing of customer instructions.
