Our Care Center, based in Bangalore, is staffed 24/7 by a highly qualified and trained critical care team that includes super-specialist doctors, nurses, dieticians, and pharmacologists. The clinical team uses our proprietary platform, RADAR, to connect to hospital ICUs to oversee and manage the care of critically ill patients across multiple regions. RADAR, built by our team of technology experts, incorporates automation, computer vision, real-time video, and data analytics to help expert care providers connect to and provide care to patients.


We have cared for more than 1,00,000 intensive care patients across 20+ states in India and saved numerous lives.


JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Data Analyst, You will be required to use your strategic and analytical skills towards care center operations and will draw solutions that impact our day to day operations. And you will do it all by collaborating with a various across sales, operations, product, data science, and clinical teams.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with various functional members to collect information, understand process and troubleshoot.
  • Work with senior leaders to understand their requirements and flash info as needed.
  • Contribute / ideate to build new dashboards and communication to drive efficiency in processes and system.
  • Create, design and maintain dashboards from the company database as per the requirements of various teams in the organization.
  • Create, design and maintain databases and schemas to accommodate data inflow through different channels
  • Mine, analyze and oversee data from company databases to drive optimization.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in creating dashboards using Excel, Tableau.
  • Create/implement strategies for partitioning, archiving, and maturity models for applications.
  • Experience in performance monitoring and tuning.
