Responsibilities

Crafting Campaigns: Spearheading creative campaigns from building concepts to execution - ensuring that all copy aligns with the brand’s voice, message, and objectives for our current product. Campaigns can include new product feature launches, or GTM to new geographies across all marketing touch points (digital, print, OOH)

Build & lead team: Build, mentor and steer the ship of our in-house creative team to take us forward in the next stage of Inito’s journey.

Brand Stewardship: Ensuring that our communication cuts across the noise found online around women’s health for those trying to conceive through easy to understand, lighthearted, science backed communication.

Pulse of the US consumer market: Follows US cultural trends, notices shifts in consumer behavior and emerging technologies to craft relevant campaigns for our consumers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director, Senior Copywriter, or in a similar leadership role within venture backed start-ups, corporate or creative agencies
  • A strong portfolio of written work demonstrating creative prowess and the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing and inspiring creative teams across geographies.
  • Deep understanding of digital first marketing channels, with the ability to evolve copy strategies accordingly.
  • Creative agility and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
