Hiring pre-requisites:


  • Work experience: 3-5 years, Digital agency experience preferred
  • Good communication skills, good interpersonal skills and competency in MS Office


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Talent Management: onboarding, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues while fostering a positive work culture.
  • HR Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in line with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives and support organizational transitions to ensure smooth operations..
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, design training programs, and facilitate learning opportunities for employees.
  • HR Metrics and Analytics: Track HR metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive HR strategies.
  • Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies to mitigate risks.
  • HR Business Partnering: Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR support and guidance to achieve business objectives.
  • Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention within the organization.
  • Assisting the business in strategizing, training, and adapting to create the best product or service.
  • Well versed with Performance Management System
  • Ensuring a smooth and effective Exit process, identifying core reasons and retention conversations
  • Maintaining trackers for accurate data representation.
