Qualification : MBA Job Description Head - Business Development - Telco (Geo Biz) Location- Gurgaon, Bangalore

Exp- 8 to 12 yrs

As head of business development for Telecom vertical for all geo's this is an important role responsible for driving Comviva's Fintech business forward. An ideal candidate would be someone with background of Fintech solutions like digital wallets & mobile money, Electronic & voucher recharge platforms, BSS platforms.

The person would be leading a team and his/her day to responsibilities would include : Engaging with CXOs across geographies - to present Comviva and Fintech value proposition Oversee RFP/RFI/RFQ responses alongwith team to ensure right value proposition is articulated Be custodian of internal SOPs for the pre-sales process vis-a-vis bid reviews, commercial preprations, bid defence sessions Drive as well as guide team for successfully conducting bid-defence presentations, product demonstrations and various other activities during sales cycle Track order-booking and revenue quota achievement for the team. Take proactive steps to ensure the agreed AOP numbers are delivered Internally engage with various stakeholders across functions like product management, project engineering & delivery to navigate the sales cycle Guide team members at various stages of sales cycle to maximise conversions during sales cycle Coach and mentor team to improve sales effectiveness Represent the organization in various industry forums.
