Salesforce Technical Lead

Responsibilities

o 7+ years of technical expertise on Salesforce.com, using Force.com Apex, Visual Force, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Ant and the use of these tools with Salesforce.com

o At least 2 year of experience in Salesforce LWC (Lightning Web Components). This is a MUST HAVE Hands-on experience with customization (Apex Triggers, Classes & Visual Force)

o Strong with configuration, customization, programming with Apex API’s, Apex Triggers, Workflows with actions, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards

o Familiarity with Salesforce.com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures and limitations are required Enabled Analytics India Pvt. Ltd

o Plans, designs, develops and maintains multiple complex salesforce implementations. Responsible for relationship and quality of offshore programming efforts

o Collaborate across multiple scrum teams; Follow development, testing and deployment practices that are leading edge on the Salesforce platform

o Analyzes problems, conducts root cause analysis, helps in resolution of problems using defined problem management procedure, and helps in application support and maintenance of customer applications

o Experience with at least full life cycle implementations on Salesforce.com with 500+ user licenses

o Ability to work independently on assignments

o Strong knowledge of Agile Software development methodologies, design and architectural patterns

o Work closely with QA to review test plans and test cases and ensure quality of deliverables from the team

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, related IT discipline; or equivalent

• 6-8 years in Salesforce project development experience
