Scrum Master (Infra) Job Description Scrum Master Responsibilities: 1. Should have at least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master and handled at least 2 projects where Scrum was used. 2. Should be well versed with the Agile Culture and thorough understanding of the Scrum framework 3. Should be well versed with Scrum Ceremonies and reporting 4. Should have CSM certification 5. Should have knowledge of different Agile Frameworks. 6. Should have excellent communication skills. 7. Should be able to create self-organizing teams, Servant Leader mindset. 8. Should have worked as a Developer or QA for at least 2 years. Exposure to Cloud Technologies is an added advantage. 9. Should be able discuss with the clients and write user stories in the absence of a Product Owner, or guide the PO if the team has one. 10.
