For over years, more than , organizations and a vast partner ecosystem have relied on Commvault to reduce risks, improve governance, and do more with data. JOB DESCRIPTION: Manager, Marketing Operations Commvault is seeking a Manager for Marketing Operations to join our Business Operations team. This role involves providing budgeting, operational support, reporting and analysis to our internal Marketing organization. You will align, manage, and grow our marketing operations staff in the Center of Excellence, who collaborate closely with our Global Marketing Operations teams. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining marketing budgets, providing campaign support, and reporting to drive strategic decision-making. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally to recommend process improvements and solve real-time reporting challenges.Key Responsibilities:To manage the Center of Excellence Marketing Operations team as an extension of global marketing operations ensuring coordination and alignment within the following areas of responsibility:Budget Management:Assist in the develop and management of marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and marketing strategies.Oversee the spend & purchase request process for international field marketing.Monitor budget utilization, track expenses, and provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting any variances or areas of concern.Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements while maintaining marketing effectiveness.Campaign Support:Manage staff responsible for completeness of lead lists and related CRM campaigns, ensuring compliance and completion of detailed fields.Oversee the development of targeted invite lists for marketing tactics combining SFDC and available 3rd party intelligence; utilizing resources across marketing operations to support efforts.Work with internal event teams to provide Tier I campaign support to ensure the efficient and timely processing of high priority event leads. Coordinate with teams outside of marketing (such as our Business Intelligence / Data Analytics team) to facilitate the preparation of more advance analytics and insights as needed.Reporting and Analysis:Generate recurring reports and dashboards to provide insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing ROI.Collaborate with marketing teams to answer questions, provide insights and develop actionable recommendations.Gain an understanding of marketing operations reporting with the ability to, coach marketing executives on the use and interpretation of the results.Understand systems and operating model, to determine its impact on reporting, with the ability to identify data gaps and improvements areas.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in operations, finance, business administration, or a related field.Experience leading and developing a team.Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis, with a solid understanding of marketing ROI metrics.Ability to draw insights from reporting and effectively communicate.Comfortable managing multiple competing prioritizes in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross functionally to deliver results.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.Advanced user of excel.Experience working with Sales/Marketing technology a plus Salesforce, Marketo, Bizible).#LI-PT1Commvault is an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
