We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter with minimum of 1+ Year of experience in Digital Marketing Industry to join our HR team and play a pivotal role in attracting and acquiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting technical professionals across various domains and levels. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to identify, engage, and hire exceptional candidates who will contribute to our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates using various channels
{Screen resumes and application forms}
• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
• Participate in the interviewing process
• Communicate with candidates promptly and assist with on boarding
• Assist in organizing job fairs and recruitment events
• Contribute to employer branding activities
• Support the development and execution of recruitment strategies
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 1 Year of experience is required
- Preference will be given to candidates who have proven record of delivering results across the above segments.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies relevant to our industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate excellence in high-pressure, performance oriented environments.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
