The Pre-Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the pre-sales process, collaborating with sales and product teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to clients. Responsibilities: Lead Pre-Sales Activities: Manage the pre-sales process from initial contact to proposal delivery. Gather and analyze customer requirements to understand their needs. Coordinate with sales and product teams to develop tailored solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients. Proposal Development: Prepare and customize proposals, bids, and quotations in response to customer requirements. Ensure proposals are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with customer expectations. Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and pricing strategies. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and challenges. Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and recommendations. Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and implementation teams to ensure seamless handover of projects. Provide feedback to product teams based on customer needs and market trends. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop collateral and sales tools. Sales Support: Assist sales teams in qualifying leads and opportunities. Provide technical expertise and product knowledge during the sales process. Participate in sales meetings and presentations as needed. Performance Tracking: Monitor and track pre-sales metrics and KPIs. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide regular reports and updates to management on pre-sales activities and outcomes.
