EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: • 1-4 years’ hands-on knowledge / experience as a Technical Support specialist / developer or similar role. • Technology know-how: JavaScript, SQL/ PL SQL, ColdFusion are must to have. Different Java services Framework knowledge is good to have. • Ability to diagnose and correct issues based on written documentation. • Efficient communication skills & Strong organizational skills. • Hands-on Incident Management and Problem Management experiences using ITIL and ITSM frame work • Good problem-solving skills and able to drive critical incidents communication and continuous engagement with stakeholders. • Interested to support continuous improvements. • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science is preferred. • ITIL foundation level certification is good to have ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Triage Web application tickets and resolve them as per SLA • Analyze issues and provide workaround to business on resolution. • Team player and effective communicator with strong analytical & problem-solving skills. • Respond to and resolve day to day issues reported by users using ITIL practices. • Escalate complex issues to appropriate team and level, serve as communication point for involved resources. • Perform day-to-day system maintenance tasks. • Follow best coding practices. • Provide risk assessment and impacts update while resolving tickets. • Work on analysis and development when required. • Act as a Tier first point of contact for support issues.
