- Experience SWIFT & AML technical support with background in Banking and Financial Services.
- Keen attention to detail in the identification of potential glitches and threat to performance and security for new applications.
- Experience in system fault diagnosis, developing solutions and managing resolution quality network and system administration services.
- Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business sustainability.
- Management of MAPS, AML and other client services on SWIFT Service Bureau.
- Render maintenance of SWIFT systems and MAPS.
- Assisting clients in the investigation of SWIFT messages format error and AML hits.
- Assist development team in maintaining internal clients products and MAPS test and development environment.
- Maintaining Anti-Money Laundering System database update in SWIFT services Bureau using FIRCOSOFT and TONBELLER AML solutions.
- Prove health check maintenance FLEXICARE on client’s SWIFT servers and ensure SWIFT patches are updated.
- Create and maintain documentation and SOPs and detailed functional specs for all SWIFT Service Bureau clients .
Should have knowledge of;
SWIFT ALLIANCESystems(ACCESS,GATEWAY,SWIFTLINK,WEBPLATFORM, HSM), SWIFT Service Bureau, SWIFT Messaging,Anti-Money Laundering (FIRCOSOFT, TONBELLER) o SIRA (SWIFT, IFTI Report of AUSTRAC)
