Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our backend services and APIs using Python.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Backend Development: Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs leveraging Python to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Architecture and Scalability: Contribute to the architecture of our systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Database Management: Work proficiently with various databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, optimizing data storage and retrieval.
  • API Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and services seamlessly, enhancing system functionality and user experience.
  • Code Optimization: Identify and implement optimizations to improve application performance and efficiency.
  • Security: Implement robust security measures and best practices to safeguard systems and sensitive data.
  • Testing: Develop and execute unit tests, ensuring the reliability and stability of backend code.
  • Code Reviews: Participate actively in code reviews, maintaining high code quality and providing mentorship to junior developers.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for backend systems to facilitate understanding and future development.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to improve our systems and workflows.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in backend development, particularly using
  • Python.
  • Proficiency in working with various databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, scalability, and performance
  • optimization.
  • Experience with API integration and third-party services.
  • Solid grasp of security best practices in backend development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and
  • collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and sharing
