Sr. Analyst / Manager / Sr. Manager – Strategy & Research Team (CEO’s office) This role is an integral part of the CEO’s Office within Magic Bus India Foundation. As we embark on a 5-year strategic cycle marked by ambitious targets for outreach, impact, and program expansion, Magic Bus envisions extending its portfolio across diverse program areas, donor segments, and beneficiary groups. Our comprehensive strategic plan places data at the forefront, driving necessary changes at local, national, and global levels across life skills, education, livelihoods, skilling and placements, evidence building, and thought leadership. The aim is nothing short of making Magic Bus the finest implementation NGO in the country. In this dynamic role, you will orchestrate a symphony of external data sources, harmonizing them with our internal insights to craft strategic recommendations. Your analytical acumen will be key in unraveling opportunities, enriching ongoing programs, identifying uncharted horizons, and steering the organization-wide technology journey. As an agile learner, you will collect, analyze, and breathe life into data, transforming it into actionable insights that bolster our mission. Reporting to the Chief - Strategy & Research, this role operates in close collaboration with the Chief – Strategy & Research, Director – Institutional Partnerships, and the esteemed CEO’s Office. Primary Job Responsibilities: in developing / writing grant proposals that are critical to the organization’s scale-up strategy the organization’s strategic initiatives and manage critical large scale-up grants a comprehensive research plan and a long-term strategy that fuels our impactful journey. existing internal and external research services, global data and in-country/regional sources relevant to life skills, education, livelihoods, skilling and placements, evidence building and thought leadership. insights and recommendations to improve the impact and effectiveness of our work. with the Leadership team and Management team to identify and bridge data gaps. an effective measurement mechanism to monitor performance on critical KPIs. analytical results and insights, including recommendations to support reaching goals set out by the 5-year strategy. market trends and competitors, identifying threats and opportunities, presenting findings, projections and recommended actions. analytical work, proofs of concept and research projects to meet the organization’s needs.
