Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field and 1 to 3 years of experience in the IT services industry. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.


Roles and Responsibilities:


Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT services industry.

Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.

Understand client needs and requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific goals and objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and delivery, to ensure successful implementation of client projects.

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT services industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Willingness to travel as needed.
