Job Summary: Duties to include planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks, including app. Operations Responsibilities: Digital Website maintenance Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing department including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns. Develop and monitor campaign budgets. Plan and manage social media platforms. Improve reach and presence in digital space Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance. Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience. Responsibilities: Call Centre Hiring, training, coaching, and leading call center representatives as they provide support for customers. Answering representative’s questions, guiding them through difficult calls or issues, diffusing angry customers, or handling issues that cannot be fielded by representatives Leading team meetings, asking questions to better understand the calls representatives are receiving, educating and coach workers regarding processes and practices, and explain expectations to employees. Assisting other management team members in identifying trends and establishing call center goals. Call Center Manager will assist in establishing call Centre objectives, provide representatives with opportunities to expand knowledge of services, products, and troubleshooting techniques, analyze call Centre data, and focus on improving performance and processes in an effort to better support customers. . Any other portfolio that may be entrusted by the management from time to time. Educational Qualifications: MBA/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Work Experience A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, call Centre best practices, and website analytics. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required. Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. Experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management.
