We are seeking an Finance Manager to work onsite, based in, Bangalore, INDIA. The Finance team is expanding as our global presents grows in the development and design of high-performance custom silicon products with a focus on compute server, storage systems, network switch and router applications.


Job Description:

  • Implements financial and accounting best practices and oversees critical accounting procedures to ensure legal compliance with financial reporting and banking regulations at the local, state, and federal level.
  • Leads planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve investment and accounting goals
  • Manages 3rd service provider and works closely with them in processing all expenses, reviewing the accuracy of the financials and provides management reporting to SNA
  • Close operational / month-end activities and ensure accurate financial reporting. Maintains an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents
  • Ensure all processes operate efficiently and effectively. Lead in design / configuration and rolling out of new initiatives for bringing productivity and efficiency in the process. Executes revisions and updates to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate the expansion and scaling of the business and increase transparency and compliance
  • Understands the best practices of industry and implement them in areas where required
  • Actively participate in strategic initiatives and special projects when assigned or required
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide business inputs to management
  • Assists and supports upper-level management to ensure sound financial decision-making that is in the long-term best interest of the organizational mission
  • Manage internal and external audit requirements and ensure all statutory and compliance requirements for the company are addressed
