The HRDA team serves the critical role of supporting all facets of the data program implementation, including Data Quality, Data Privacy, Data Security and Data Governance.The candidate will support implementation and maintenance of a data governance framework that includes a streamlined governance structure, expanded operational metrics, alignment to strategic data priorities to drive compliance and data control enhancements. As a Data Management Lead for HR Data Governance, you will fulfill a central role in the Global HR Data Management Group, working between Firmwide Chief Data Office (FCDO) and Subject Matter Experts (SME) across HR Chief Data Office (CDO) who lead Data Classification, Quality, Protection, Storage, Retention and Destruction, Use and Privacy, in strong partnership with Business Controls and Workforce Technology (WFT) Information Security Managers. Data Programs Lead – Governance, Vice President will be responsible for: Manage the HR implementation of firmwide data management frameworks, procedures, processes, and training in partnership with subject matter experts. Oversee Firm wide Chief Data Office (FCDO) metrics, CDO operational metrics and technology data-related control procedures. Facilitate evidence aggregation for HR Data Management audits, regulatory exams or operational risk reviews. Represent HR CDO in Firmwide Chief Data Office (FCDO) forums, business committees and technology councils. Deliver projects related to data governance such as the implementation and change management in support of a new data owner role, including but not limited to training of end-to-end data management requirements and processes. Drive changes required to process, procedures and/or controls aligned to Firmwide Chief Data Office (FCDO) policies. Day-to-day maintenance of project plans, milestones, risk/issues and status reports Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills: Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years’ experience in business controls, data/risk management or technology controls. Master’s degree preferred but not required. Knowledge of control and risk management concepts with the ability to evaluate controls, create procedure and process flows in conjunction with business and control partners. Data governance subject matter expertise preferred. Experience implementing firmwide policies and standards. Relevant experience in consulting, client engagement, or project execution with demonstrated experience in data & risk management topics. Experience coordinating across functional teams and other key stakeholders. Strong relationship-building skills demonstrated consultative approach and proven skill in influencing others. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex issues concisely, communicating effectively and comfortably with senior stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills. Demonstrates attention to detail with excellent organization skills. Experience with Tableau, Alteryx and PowerPoint PMI certified
