Role Accountabilities: Managing the content team and creating milestones, goals, tasks & programming for the various events.. Identify and evaluate opportunities for content topics, individuals, segmentation, markets through in-depth research. Oversee the topic & expert / speaker research and maintain a database to leverage on constantly.  Leveraging market data to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the assets. Development of a functional content calendar throughout the enterprise verticals with the objective of educating & maximum engagement. Lead the speaker / expert on-boarding process to introduce the content team, pillars and explain the process and their schedule. Create webinar calendars & main day event programs to ensure maximum retention of the audience and for a good user-experience. Manage the technical team to create support presentations and to ensure technical rehearsals and event days are flawless. Supervising researchers, copywriters, graphic designers & programers for best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style. Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, point of purchase, mobile, video, print, webinars, events, in-person, etc. Experience with creating compelling messages for different target demographics. Crisis communications as and when needed Have a strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives to maximise on the opportunities. Curate talks of experts, speakers for Edge & TEDxGateway and ensure their presentations are upto the standards for the final performance. Establish good connection and rapport with experts & speakers, to make them feel comfortable and have a good experience. Coordinate & delegate needs of the speakers & experts to the necessary teams. Creation of a strategy for developing outreach and advertising as needed for content marketing. Lead the monthly reporting and oversight of content creation performance, with engagement and feedback metrics. Lead and collaborate specific volunteer committees during events & talks. Managing workflow & repository for requesting, creating, editing & publishing content. Work with the IT team to implement appropriate CMS. Developing standards, systems and best practices (both human and technological) for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing, including the real time implementation of content strategies. Serve as spokesperson for appropriate industry events, webinars, groups & to various communities. Minimum Entry Qualifications  Degree in English, Communications/ Journalism Preferred Certificate in Communication/Journalism Strong knowledge of Office Suites Expertise in CMS system  Expertise in Content Production Proficient in English Language Preferred Polyglot Minimum Experience 10 + years of content experience within a media company, creative brand / agency. Experience with creating compelling content for different target demographics.
