Job Title: Outbound Sales - Intern

Location: Hyderabad

Duration: 6 months


Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Sales Interns to join our dynamic sales team. As an Outbound Sales Intern, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for Akrivia HCM .


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Research and analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities and positioning strategies.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, update customer information, and monitor sales pipeline.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for prospective clients.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team on customer needs, market trends, and product enhancements.


Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with prospects effectively.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn about sales and the HR tech industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or CRM software.
