Responsibilities

  • Have a strong and updated profile on LinkedIn
  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, budget allocation, and audience targeting.
  • Oversee SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building.
  • Analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in paid search (PPC), paid social, and SEO.
  • In-depth knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Telugu and Hindi is highly valued.
