We are looking for a Sr. UX Designers to help shape the future of one of our platforms, Predict, the tool that our brands and brand managers use to identify their opportunities, then take action to increase their ecommerce on global marketplaces This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Pune, India. Essential Responsibilities Research our users with a passion for how they think and work Gain an expert understanding of worldwide ecommerce marketplaces Stay informed on the competitive space Assemble wireframes using our pre-designed interface patterns Design innovative user interactions for core business workflows Tell the story with outstanding spoken and written communication Define, document, and present software requirements Collaborate with our product and development teams Conduct user testing Ensure quality of the product UX Continually learn about new UX concepts and share with UX team Translate written requirements and concepts into user flows, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences for web applications. Create designs fully ready to hand off to the development team. Recommend design solutions and UI improvements across all digital products and services. Communicate design processes, ideas, solutions, and concepts clearly and effectively to teams that are not skilled in UX discipline. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HCI, Visual Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, Engineering, or other related degree 6 to 8 years experience with UX-related responsibilities Basic understanding of Figma (if you’ve used Sketch, Adobe XD or any other design platform, you’ll pick it up in no time)
