Job Overview:

As a Campaign Manager (Campaign Manager Marketing Automation) Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic campaigns aimed at optimizing customer engagement, retention, and Win-back. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage customer data and insights to create targeted campaigns across various channels. The role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and project management expertise to drive effective campaigns that align with business objectives and enhance the overall customer experience. Proven years of marketing automation experience. Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices

Qualification: BE/ B. Tech, Graduate in Computer Science preferred, also graduation from Economics / Stats/Mathematics.

Roles and Responsibility:

Campaign Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop comprehensive CRM campaign strategies aligned with business goals and customer segmentation.

Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize Marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp, and in-app messaging.

Customer Segmentation: Utilize customer data to segment the audience effectively and personalize campaigns to enhance relevance and engagement.

Content Creation and Optimization: Work closely with content creators to develop compelling messaging and creative assets for CRM campaigns. Continuously test and optimize content to improve campaign performance.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Analyze data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.

Customer Lifecycle Management: Implement lifecycle marketing strategies to nurture leads, onboard new customers, drive repeat purchases, and win back lapsed customers.

Automation and Technology Integration: Leverage CRM platforms and marketing automation tools to streamline campaign processes, enhance targeting capabilities, and improve overall efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, sales, product, and customer support to ensure alignment of CRM campaigns with broader business initiatives and customer journeys.

Compliance and Data Governance: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices for data handling and customer communication.

Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients to understand their reporting requirements and expectations. Present findings and insights to clients in a clear, understandable manner.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience in CRM campaign management or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, MoEngage etc) and marketing automation tools.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint storytelling skills

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering innovative and effective campaigns.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for compliance.

Certification in CRM or related areas is a plus.
