Purpose of the job Support transition of finance and commercial controlling activities across key sub-processes with an ability to work in a complex business environment and liaison with multiple stakeholders. About the job (Job Responsibilities) Act as a custodian and process owner for Finance & Controlling business functions across the shared service center for respective entities. Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on actuals and forecasts for the corporate reporting. Prepare accurate and efficient variance reports with analysis of deviations/exceptions against budget and forecast. Coordinate activities with cross-function teams and set up processes for data collection and maintenance of master data/conditions etc. for accurate costing results. Prepare data, information, and reports for multiple stakeholders at various levels in the Finance department. Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports and analyses for the Business Unit. Support audit process with efficient and standardized reports, for all – statutory, internal, and SOX. We believe you bring (Education & Experience) Chartered Accountant/Cost & Management Accountant/MBA (Finance) from a B-School with relevant experience. 5 to 8 years’ experience in financial analysis/project controlling functions. Worked in the chemical manufacturing industry with a global multi-national organization. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Business Warehouse, PowerBi, SAP Analytical Cloud). Able to work independently. Fluent in English both verbally and in writing. Have strong interpersonal skills, creates enthusiasm, be a driver of change, analytical and fact-based. Please apply via our online recruitment system.
