Job Title: Batch In-charge/Program Incharge/Academic Incharge Job Description: The Batch In-charge is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing both academic and non-academic activities for a designated batch of students. This role demands a dynamic individual with exceptional problem-solving abilities, critical thinking skills, and the capability to multitask effectively. Key Responsibilities: Academic Calendar Development: Develop a comprehensive academic calendar for the semester or year, outlining all academic and non-academic activities for the batch. Course Curriculum Planning and Execution: Plan, monitor, and execute the course curriculum on a semester-wise, week-wise, and day-wise basis to ensure optimal learning outcomes. Team Engagement: Engage and coordinate with the team of Academic Assistants, Junior Batch In-charges, and Academic Coordinators in daily planning and execution, ensuring alignment with academic goals and objectives. Departmental Liaison: Collaborate with Heads of Departments (HODs) to facilitate smooth course execution, ensure the quality of teaching-learning, gather student feedback, and manage workload distribution. Placement Coordination: Liaise with Placement Departments to facilitate Work in Progress (WIP), Summer Internship Programs (SIP), Live projects, and Final Placement opportunities for students. Exam Coordination: Work closely with Exam Departments to ensure timely submission of internal evaluations and manage external evaluations effectively. Administrative Liaison: Coordinate with Administrative Departments to address hostel facilities, canteen services, transportation, and any other logistical requirements. Reporting: Generate and disseminate daily, weekly, and quarterly reports on academic planning, execution, and deviations to relevant stakeholders. Student Management: Ensure strict adherence to student attendance, grooming standards, and discipline on campus, maintaining a conducive learning environment at all times. Qualifications and Skills: Ph.d will be preferred Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Prior experience in academic administration or similar roles preferred. Familiarity with educational software and systems is a plus.
