Provide role and city-wise hiring ranges to enhance recruitment effectiveness. Facilitate internal talent movements across entities and teams, ensuring equitable compensation transitions. Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to develop compensation scenarios for annual salary increments, ensuring alignment with internal budgets and market benchmarks. Present organization-wide compensation benchmarking analysis and gap reports, incorporating suitable comparator baskets across entities. Interface with external vendors to participate in C&B surveys, facilitating benchmarking of company positions and benefits. Provide industry insights with an outside-in perspective to inform compensation strategies. Administer the implementation of approved compensation changes. Collaborate with finance, tax, legal, and local HR payroll teams to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to payroll, compensation, and benefits programs Design and deliver education and training programs to managers and HR partners on compensation and benefits programs, merit processes, bonuses, and other C&B-related topics. Foster an understanding of the organization's total rewards philosophy and its connection to employee performance and satisfaction. What we are looking for : MBA / PGDBM (Preferably in Human Resources) 3-5 years of experience in the field of HR (With at least 2 years of Core Compensation Administration exp.) Proficient in independently conducting market benchmarking exercises with external vendors Strong Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data, think logically, and comfortable working with numbers and statistics Excellent Communication Skills : Both written and oral, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds Maturity and Conflict Resolution : Ability to handle conflict resolution and engage in tough conversations. High Integrity and Ownership : Demonstrates a strong sense of integrity and takes ownership of responsibilities. Innovative Thinking : Ability to think outside the box and address unstructured problem statements confidently. Proficient in MS Office suite and google sheets
