The Specialist - Programmatic Operations at OLX delivers reporting and analytics related to programmatic revenue and performance, supporting goals in growth, diversifying our advertising revenue streams and maintaining an exceptionally high standard of ad quality control.
What you will be doing: Daily / Monthly / Quarterly Programmatic reporting – using the partner UIs to maintain daily and monthly reporting views / dashboards for senior management and establish / integrate new partners into the reporting view as needed. Monitor existing partnerships for changes in performance and opportunities for optimization. Analyze bid request and response data at the site and partner level to ensure all monetization partners are contributing value in the network auction as well as look for opportunities for additional yield. Provide recommendations on partner optimization as needed / requested. Manage / update CPM floors for optimal yield. Manage revenue reporting and insights across all programmatic sources of revenue. Review regular dashboards and reports, highlighting trends, fluctuations and opportunities based on data. Connect fluctuations in data to marketplace insights or ad serving updates. Ensure quality assurance and accuracy across all programmatic partners and various data sources. Manage end to end campaign delivery using Google Ad manager, including generating and testing ad tags and creatives for campaign launches across various platforms. Solve ad serving issues and other problems through data. Troubleshoot advertising issues in web and apps using Charles debugging or similar tools
Who we're looking for: 3+ years of relevant experience in Publisher end Programmatic selling, Yield Groups, UPR’s, ADX, Indirect ad monetization etc. Revenue-motivated: Earnestly focused on the dollars and spends the lion’s share of their attention on ways to get the number. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions and recommendations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, experience with Excel and PowerPoint a must Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills Strong project management skills Must be highly organized with excellent follow-through. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must demonstrate the ability to communicate the big picture and drill down to supporting details. Excellent and multi-tasking and close attention to detail a must. Strong judgment; able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proactive. Self-starter. Curious and seeks to learn more by digging in. Hard worker: understands that aspirations are realized through achieving goals and making tangible contributions.
