This position will mainly partner with various teams in product, data, engineering, strategy, and other business teams to optimize traffic, conversion, content coverage & other metrics to improve the user experience.This will be a mid-level individual contributor role partnering with product managers within the Content org. In this role, the candidate will contribute to many aspects of product development, including understanding user behavior, designing and analyz AB tests, building product recommendations, opportunity sizing, and problem-solving.What You Will Do:Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, data visualization with a goal of improving customer experienceWork with multiple stakeholders, manage product analytics projects, and operate within a community of analysts, sharing findings, wins and methodologiesOwn end to end process in designing and running experiments (A/B tests); proactively see opportunities and recommend new feature for test and learnContribute to tracking measures of success and supporting metrics, build accurate and easy to consume dashboards/reportsCollaborate with the product teams in goal setting, opportunity sizing, product performance review and strategy planningStructure problems, extract and analyze data, and present the findings to corporate leadership and internal stakeholdersApply your knowledge with Python, or R, or any other major ML programming language to generate insights and solve business problems using MLWho You Are:3+ years of experience in data mining, statistical modelling, and data analysis, preferably in ecommerce industry, with at least Bachelor’s in mathematics, engineering, science, statistics or technical degreeExpertise working with large data sets and proficiency in SQL, ExcelExperience in at least one programming language (R/Python) Experience in statistical analysis and A/B testing, predictive modeling, computational systems, and optimization techniquesExperience with digital analytics tools such as, Adobe Analytics, and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BIExcellent verbal, written, and data visualization skillsIndependently manage stakeholders with frequent communication, expectation management, meeting deadlines and the backlogDemonstrated ability to manage projects and work with different functions (product, strategy, engineering, etc.)
