Apply Now!   The position As a Project Lead at Novo Nordisk, you will be involved in driving projects, project planning, and management which includes ad-hoc support for project owners along with Power BI Dashboards and PowerPoint/Sway presentation creation. You will also have the opportunity to: Drive implementation of one or more IO-SO LECQ&BD complexity projects with focus on: digitalisation, processes streamlining. Follow up on project progress, issues, actions, early flag/escalation of issues to project-owner. Create and maintain SharePoint sites/pages, editing and formatting project delivery documents to ensure high quality standards, Prepare presentations to Sr. leadership with limited guidance and supervision, scheduling and conducting training sessions to project participants and set-up surveys to gather feedback and prepare report based on the inputs. Assist project owner with collection, consolidation of data inputs in relation to project deliverables as needed. Work closely with key stakeholders in IO-SO and Regional heads to identify the best ways to present data to Sr. stakeholders and structure the dashboards.   Qualifications Master’s or bachelor’s degree from Business, Finance, Communication, IT/Digital. Overall 8+ years of experience of leading projects independently. Good experience with project management tools. Problem solving mindset and decision-making abilities. Creative thinking and agile approach. Exhibit leadership skills. Minimum 6 - 8 years of PowerPoint experience (Advanced user) - highly skilled in presentation making – e.g. able to prepare high quality presentations to Sr. management with little supervision/guidance. Experience with Visual Design would be a big plus (e.g. creating graphics from scratch at a design agency). Minimum 4 years of experience in project management – as PMO or workstream lead Experience with communication activities (e.g. preparing and running communication campaign, newsletters etc.) is a great plus.   About the department Global Legal - Global Business Services (GL-GBS) at Bangalore was established in 2011 and supports the Global legal organization across International Operations, North America Operations and Headquarters. The unit is anchored under Global Legal Operations and responsible for delivering efficient offshoring legal services in high quality.
