  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and close sales.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements for Sales Team Leader:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.

Sales Relationship Manager (RM) Responsibilities:

Requirements for Sales Relationship Manager (RM):

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
