As the ServiceNow Architect, will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to meet the business needs of our organization. You will be responsible for leading a team of ServiceNow developers, ensuring best practices in ServiceNow development, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities:Architectural Design:Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives. Provide expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities and integrations. Lead design workshops and develop technical solutions.Requirements Gathering / Business Analyst:Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Translate business needs into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.Development Oversight:Oversee the development and configuration of ServiceNow modules. Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development. Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Participate in agile ceremonies and provide insight and expertise in level of effort, timeline, and status updates. Create and implement business rules, client scripts, UI Policies, Access Control Lists (ACLs), portal pages, etc. Develop integration with other ServiceNow instances and / or 3rd party toolsIntegration and Customization:Implement integrations with other enterprise systems. Customize ServiceNow modules to meet specific business requirements. Identify opportunities to automate business processes, enhance system processes, and end user experience.System Upgrades:Lead and participate in ServiceNow platform upgrades. Evaluate and implement new features introduced in ServiceNow releases. Ensure seamless transition and compatibility with existing configurations.Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow solutions to ensure reliability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development and implementation phases.Platform Management:Lead incident response and recovery efforts as required. Interface with the ServiceNow support organization and manage open incidents. Assist in vendor management, attend vendor meetings. Stay well-informed on platform, capability and technology developments. Assist with capability and roadmap development. Develop and maintain processes for user management, license compliance, audit requirements. Understand the ServiceNow licensing model, per module, to ensure licensing compliance, assist with license forecasting and ensure best practices are applied to license governance.Key requirements: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a focus on architecting and implementing solutions.In depth technical knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow architecture and applications (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM and key modules), Portal, and Integration HubKnowledge about workflows, reporting, and dashboards10+ years experience in ServiceNow administration and development4 to 5 years experience as Service Now Lead.Experience in developing custom applicationsServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification is required.Experience in ServiceNow Integration techniques, Import sets, Transform maps, Orchestration, LDAP integrationServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)ServiceNow Certified Application Devloper (CAD)Strong team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.Axalta operates its business in two segments: Performance Coatings and Mobility Coatings, which serve four end markets, including Refinish, Industrial, Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle, across North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
