Responsible for conducting training and refresher sessions to continuously increase the efficiency of the coders.
Helping the team work to achieve and maintain their quality goals.
Framing and updating the process guidelines on a need basis.

Required Skills:
Medical coding experience minimum of 5 years is prefered.
A minimum of one year work experience in CPT E&M or ED coding speciality is mandatory.
Understanding of the US healthcare industry, including but not limited to HIPAA / HITECH.
Experience in Risk Adjustment coding is preferable.AAPC / AHIMA certification with relevance to CPT coding is mandatory.Strong knowledge in Anatomy & Physiology.
Experience : 5 to 7 years
