Job Requirements

  • Ensures application of systems thinking principles, allowing team members to independently design, code, test, and deploy software.
  • Provide the necessary documentation to support the software Development Life Cycle.
  • Develop prototypes and solutions leveraging a diverse range of technology.
  • Apply modern principles, methodologies, tools, and systemic processes to support the launch of new business capabilities.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale solutions to support the organization’s business strategy and goals.
  • Develop and maintain solutions within Oracle EBS, with a focus on Accounts Receivables, Collections, General Ledger and Financial modules.
  • Code and optimize PL/SQL for efficient performance.
  • Familiarity with Shell Scripts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance software solutions.
  • Ensure the integrity, security, and efficiency of Oracle EBS applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather and understand requirements.
  • Contribute to the overall architecture and design of Oracle EBS solutions.
  • Stay informed about Oracle EBS updates and advancements to provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with our business product owners on an Agile team to fully understand requirements, provide feedback, and request clarification as needed.
  • Work with other engineers on a collaborative Agile team to deliver code on an ongoing basis.


Must-Have:

  • Oracle EBS (experience with Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Collections and Financial Modules), SQL, PLSQL, Shell Scripting, Agile, and Performance tuning.


Nice to Have:

  • OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure), OAF, ADF, CICD, and Java Knowledge.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
  • Six (6) years of qualifying work experience in an Information technology or engineering environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and end-users.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
