Job DescriptionNetwork Sr Executive – IP/ MPLS/CENDeliverables: 24*7 support for CEN Incident / fault Management/Service Quality within strict SLA. Coordinating with customer for outage restoration. Service fault restoration within SLA. Documentations of SOP / Knowledge base and learnings. Work / Coordinate with vendors on complex customer issues. Daily MIS and reporting. Desired Certifications: CCNA /CCNP / CCIEEducation Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication/Computer Engineering or equivalent.Skill Required: Must have very strong knowledge & working experience with complete Nokia (7750, 7705 and 7710), Cisco {ASR9K, 903, 920}, Huawei (CX600, ATN950B, ATN910C) , Juniper (m320, MX960, mx2020) network product lines and technologies. In-depth understanding and Hands on experience with routing protocols such as: BGP, OSPF, ISIS etc. In-depth understanding and Hands on experience with MPLS, EVPN, RSVP-TE. Troubleshooting on complex MP-BGP services. Good working knowledge of QOS/HQOS, HSRP / VRRP, VLAN's, Rapid Spanning Tree, Ether-Channel) VPN L2 & L3 solutions. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting on complex L3 VPN services, L2 VPLS domain. Good communication skill and customer centric approach. Expertise in QOS design and configuration is a plus. In depth understanding & knowledge of various switching protocols. eg. STP, PVSTP, MSTP, LLDP etc. Hands-on experience on handling tools like BMC Remedy, ECRM, Netcool, MRTG etc. Relevant Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in core CEN/MPLS network operations. Significant experience with large scale and complex networks. Candidate must possess a high-level of technical expertise, have strong organizational skills and be able to learn and define technical processes and procedures. Experience of working within a team environment, with full responsibility for fault resolution includes taking ownership, coordinating with internal and external teams and managing through to a satisfactory conclusion.Candidate must be able to plan, provide analysis, design and troubleshoot technical solutions.Behaviour: Customer First, Ownership and Teamwork
