What you’ll do for us:
- Integrate and deploy large language models into applications and systems, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance for end-users.
- Work on deploying language models into production environments, considering deployment strategies and infrastructure requirements.
- Collaborate with software development teams to design APIs or interfaces that enable applications to effectively leverage the language model's capabilities while maintaining scalability, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Preprocess and clean large-scale datasets to prepare them for training and evaluation, ensuring data quality and relevance for the language model. This involves data wrangling, feature engineering, and establishing appropriate data pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including researchers, engineers, and product managers, to align model development with business objectives and customer needs.
- Create comprehensive documentation for model architecture, development processes, and best practices, facilitating knowledge sharing within the team.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
What You'll have:
- A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in ML/ NLP.
- Proven experience in deploying and working with large-scale language models.
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python.
- Deep understanding of NLP concepts, including word embeddings, attention mechanisms, and sequence-to-sequence models.
- Experience with model evaluation and testing, including metrics like BLEU, ROUGE, and perplexity.
- Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning services and infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
