Both the verticals focus on catering fresh produce demands of the B2C e-commerce players (example: Flipkart, Zepto, Instamart, etc,…), and organized Hotels, Caterers, Restaurant chains in Metro/T1 cities.This team consists of following departments:● Key Accounts Management team (KAM)● Category team● Procurement team● Quality and Liquidation team● Operations team● Central Ops and control centerWhile each team is exclusive for E.commerce and HoReca vertical, the procurement team is the common function responsible for fulfillment of both e.commerce and HoReCa’s demand.The Ecommerce team is trying to solve procurement challenges in the B2C space through a joint venture with Flipkart. In this venture Ninjacart & Flipkart together will cater the consumer demand for F/V in all T1 cities in India. Wherein Ninjacart will be the fulfillment partner and Flipkart will take care of demand generation and Last Mile operations. This team is a mix of Procurement, Operations, and Analytics working together to fulfill the consumers demand.The Horeca team is a large and diverse team which is trying to solve the problems in the Food industry ecosystem with a credit based approach. This growth engine will fuel the next phase of Ninjacart’s journey in cementing its place in the industry as an innovation and execution leader. This is a team which is a mix of Business, Execution, Category, Product, Analytics and brings a mix of speed and innovation to solve tough problem statements.Responsibilities● Own end to end Fulfillment center operations which include, infrastructure, people, processes and logistics● Drive key operational and customer service metrics consistently● Cost, quality and efficiency management to achieve operations SLAs● Responsible for handling workforce and create, review & analyze reports on operations Ensure the dispatch of FnV on time and ensure the system and ops level guidelines are strictly adhered to in the respective facilities● Ensure all the Assets are in place and good working condition for the smooth operations● Ensure hygienic and as per layout maintenance of the FCA Ninja is resilient, smart, and ambitious. Here’s what you will need to have to join the Ninja Clan● Team handling experience● Graduate or Postgraduate● Data-Driven: Innate sense towards data & strong grip over operations metrics. Experience in process improvement and lean techniques● Project management: Should have managed a medium size and Layered team. Ability to multitask while working in a highly charged environment● People management: Ability to handle workforce in an effective way and specify tasks and effective utilization of the available resource● LML & FML Experience: Ability to manage the logistics by designing the most cost-efficient and timely deliveries● Ability to work under pressure: Order fulfillment and fill rate tracking knowledge● Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory
