1. Listening and analyzing Brand Social Conversations & Contents

2. Monitoring Brand ‘earned & owned’ conversations, engaging with addressable queries day to day basis

3. Preparing daily, weekly, monthly updates and reports with team guidance (Brand Health Audit, Campaign Performance, Crisis Report)

4. Coordinating with Client for feedback and approvals

5. Coordinating with internal teams for day-to-day activity
