Applications are invited from the prospective, enthusiastic, and hardworking candidates for the role of Social Media Analyst Eligibility Criteria : A postgraduate or equivalent in the discipline, with a first-class or equivalent at the preceding degree with a very good academic record throughout. Social Media Analyst will monitor our social media initiatives and implement successful marketing practices. Candidate with a zeal to strengthen our online presence and increase our brand awareness through effective social media strategies and campaigns. Role of Social Media Analyst A. Analyse user engagement (e.g. click-through and bounce rates). B. Report on web traffic from all social media. C. Build and support SEO strategies, including optimizing keywords in content marketing projects. D. Responsible for managing and delivering all social media activities for target clients. Managing the social media marketing strategy for IIHMR and IIHMR target market; focusing on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, SlideShare. E. Identify trends and develop landing pages for Training and Academic Programs. F. Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase our brand awareness. G. Ensure timely responses to social media customers and followers’ queries and comments H. Research how emerging social networks and features can benefit the University I. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) – using on page and off page SEO techniques to generate traffic organically, improve page rank and reduce bounce rate. Keyword Research, Meta tags optimization, Meta Description Optimization, Link building, blogging etc. J. SMO (Social Media Optimization) – Using social media channel communities to generate publicity of IIHMR University in context of Academics, Trainings and MDPs. K. Mobile App Optimization and Updation. Website update (Events, Gallery, News and Events, Academics). This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. S/He will also perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by the Management of the University. DESIRED SKILLS Post Graduation is Engineering/ M.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc. IT 4-6 years of working experience in related field Knowledge of Google Adwords, HTML and Content Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns In-depth understanding of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as well as in Hindi. Ability to do key word research, auditing and analysis
