Responsibilities:

  • Digital Campaign Management:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM).
  • Utilize IT tools and platforms to optimize campaign performance, including marketing automation software, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Content Creation and Optimization:
  • Create engaging and compelling content for digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Optimize content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve visibility and organic traffic.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Generate reports and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Website Management:
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of the company website.
  • Implement SEO best practices, manage website updates, and optimize user experience (UX) to increase conversions.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and manage online communities effectively.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive conversions.
  • Segment email lists, create personalized content, and optimize email deliverability and open rates.
  • Competitor Analysis:
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends, benchmark performance, and uncover new opportunities for growth.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in both marketing and IT fields.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on IT-related projects or industries.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
