Experience • Minimum 2 Years of implementation experience in Marketing Cloud and overall more than 8 Years experience in Salesforce or other Marketing Products implementation Skills • Expertise in the Digital Marketing domain and having deep understanding of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) solutions • Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, functionalities & features including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Data Management Platform, Data Studio, Social Studio, Advertising Studio, Mobile Studio, Interaction Studio • Strong knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem. • Experience on Java, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap , AngularJS, React, PHP, AMPscript, Database • Solid foundation in core marketing principles and practices. • Hands on experience in SFMC Scripting(AMP Script, SSJS, SQL). • Hands on Experience to integrate using API code Calls from / to Marketing Cloud to other Party systems. • Strong consulting and/or marketing technology implementation experience • Exposure to SFMC data model. (w.r.t Scalable, Security, Best Practices & Implementation) • Experience defining strategy, developing requirements and implementing practical business solutions • Strong experience in Agile way of working • DevOps practitioner with Bitbucket, Git and CI/CD experience Responsibilities • Responsible for business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping, customer journeys), prototyping, configuration, testing, training, defining support procedures • Lead on the design, implementation of technology and creative business solutions • Take the lead on projects, solving some of the most exciting problems for our clients • Build relationships with key client stakeholders and sponsors • Prior to UAT validate that solution meets business requirements • Train key users and ensure availability of training and support materials
