Job Location: Bangalore Location .

Responsibilities:

  • Led end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors (SF) project delivery for modules including EC, PMGM, RCM, ONB, COMP, and LMS.
  • Managed projects in accordance with Standard SAP/SuccessFactors methodology.
  • Must have done multiple SF implementation projects across various modules and regions.
  • Should have handled Multiple support projects across India, US, SEA, and UAE regions.
  • Managed SAP HCM modules, including Organization Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), and Payroll.
  • Manage the overall program of project work within the Solution Delivery department, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organizations.
  • Apply knowledge of system configuration in line with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook and SuccessFactors best practices.
  • Managed the integration of SuccessFactors/SAP or third-party HRIS & solutions.
  • Led a team of functional consultants and a Project Lead.
  • Defined project success criteria and effectively communicated expectations to stakeholders.
  • Bring up a culture of cost-control, re-use, measurement, and continuous improvement among project management teams.
  • Conduct the project reviews and made recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including CEO, executives, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely collections from partners/customers as per contractual agreements.
  • Construct performance development plans for direct reports and monitored performance regularly.
  • Assist in managing the resource pool to ensure efficient allocation to project tasks.
