Job Description

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to hire Senior ServiceNow Consultant – IT who is based out of in Coimbatore location .


Reporting to Senior Manager & the role involves,


What a typical day looks like:

  • Work both independently and as a productive member of a project team.
  • Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow integration
  • Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development on of ServiceNow
  • Develops and implements technical solutions and performs component integration tests
  • Create and manage scripts and workflow


The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Overall 6-8 Plus years of IT experience and 3-4Yrs of experience in ServiceNow Development and Administration.
  • Experience in one (or more) scripting languages and a fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL & CMDB
  • Advanced skill & experience in integrations & server side scripting (Javascript, etc)
  • Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM application.
  • Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs – all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system
  • Performed integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration (ITOM) (discovery, event management, ..) CMDB, Asset management, scoped applications.
  • Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
  • Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications.
  • Advanced experience with workflows and good experience with flow designers.
  • Good Knowledge and experience with Portal configurations.
  • Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations
  • Strong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills
