Assistant Manager (Retail EBO Accounts) We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team and oversee the financial operations related to our retail Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with specific experience in managing accounts payable, vendor reconciliation, expenses analysis and financial reporting. Responsibilities: of Monthly Management Information System (MIS) and presentations to provide insights into financial performance. controlling of books of accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. the recording and analysis of expenses related to store retail and franchisee vendors, including rent, CAM (Common Area Maintenance), commission, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), maintenance, service, etc. of vendor accounts to ensure discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly. the payment process for vendors and franchisees, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds. with auditors during the annual audit process, providing necessary documentation and support as required. of monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for retail stores to track performance and identify areas for improvement. in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for EBOs & Track budget performance against actual results, investigate variances, and provide explanations for deviations. Qualifications: degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA / MBA or equivalent certification preferred. experience in a similar role, with a focus on retail accounting and financial management. in accounting software and MS Office suite, with advanced Excel skills. analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment. of retail industry trends and accounting best practices is a plus.
