Job Description Urgently hiring Sales Officer / Senior Sales Officer / Assistant Area Sales Manager for Wood-coating division for one of our clients!! Position:   Sales Officer / Senior Sales Officer- Woodcoating  Must Have:   Should have min 2 years experience in Wood Coating / Woof Finish / Wood Refinish products selling Location:  Kolkata, Siliguri, Bhubaneswar Qualification:   MBA/ PGDM/ B.Tech / B.E. / Any Graduate Experience:   Min 2 years Responsibilities: Handling Sales & Market Development for the wood coating segment. To work in dealer, distributor's for premium range of this wood coating segment. Key area is to develop the market for the concerned products. Leading the sales team and coordinating with other sales department for achieving the target. Handling Sales of chemical coating segment for retail and OEM's. Planning and executing product launch. Analyzing market trends, universe of various products and product concepts and providing suitable feedback.  Work out schemes and implement different strategies for countering competitors. Sales tracking and generating volume by providing promotional activity support to the team. Analyze and compare sales plans with the last year base and implement appropriate sales activities to achieve targeted sales. Overseeing the sale activities of products thereby achieving increased sales growth/ maximized volume and value growth in depth. Assisting the dealers in achieving the targets and providing them with training Ensuring the seeding of new product in right Channel. Ensuring the SKU range availability at key outlets Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional programs for brand building Ensuring profitability of dealers, in alignment with organization's policies and interest Making a territory monitoring report every month including competitor's activities. Conducting the retail audit to assess market potential, estimation of sale of competitors with a view to adopt suitable strategies for sale. Solving all the issue of dealer for making smooth business relation.
