Presidio is a leading global digital services and solutions provider focused on Digital Infrastructure, Business Analytics, Cloud, Security & Emerging solutions.THE ROLE: Engineer Job Description: Demonstrable experience as an application support engineer or any other related field.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, information technology, computer engineering, or anything similar.Must be capable of managing code migration, monitoring performance, and documenting all configuration changes.Enhanced knowledge of back-end and front-end programming languages. They include Java, React, Node JS, Angular, and Python.Hands on experience working on any one of the Public Cloud ( AWS or Azure )Have the ability to offer significant front-end support to all web-based clients and internal departments.Extensive knowledge of Advanced Encryption Standards or AES.Significantly advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and skillfully repairing them.Coordinate with the design and development teams to resolve complex application and system issuesTroubleshoot and rectify application issuesProvide progress updates to the management and customerPerform root cause analysis to identify the reasons for the underlying issuePlan and execute strategies and configuration changes to ensure optimal quality assurance for all applicationsMonitor all alerts related to applications and provide proactive servicesMaintain positive working relationships with other team members, including engineers and customer support techniciansDebug any issues that impact application performanceCoordinate with the quality assurance and development team to administer code migrations across various environmentsPrepare and maintain documentation for all issues and the implemented solutionsRecommend ways to optimize business performance by presenting solutions to existing challenges
