What You Will Do Drive Frontend Development:  Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of dynamic, scalable user interfaces for complex web applications using ReactJS and Next.js. Full-Stack Integration:  Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to integrate React components with backend APIs, delivering a cohesive user experience. Performance Optimization:  Analyze and optimize frontend applications to ensure top-notch performance across various devices, browsers, and network conditions. Innovation:  Proactively research and propose cutting-edge frontend technologies and development practices to continuously improve our client’s web offerings. Architectural Leadership:  Contribute to the overall frontend architecture, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and adherence to best practices. Mentorship:  Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a strong knowledge-sharing culture within the team. What We Are Looking For Proven ReactJS Mastery:  At least 2 years of in-depth experience building production-grade ReactJS applications, demonstrating expertise in components, state management, and React's lifecycle methods. Next.js Finesse:  Minimum 1 year of hands-on Next.js experience, including server-side rendering (SSR), API routes, and data-fetching techniques. JavaScript Excellence:  Deep understanding of JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+) and fluency in functional programming concepts. Testing Focus:  Commitment to writing and maintaining robust unit and integration tests for front-end code. Total Experience:  A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
