Job Description Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our HR team in Bangalore. In this dual role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in attracting top talent to our organization while also providing strategic HR support to business units within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, coupled with HRBP experience, and hold an MBA in Human Resource Management.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for critical positions across various business units, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment plans.Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage the offer negotiation process.Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.HR Business Partnering:Serve as a strategic HR partner to assigned business units, understanding their objectives, challenges, and talent requirements.Provide expert HR guidance and support on a range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design.Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals and objectives.Proactively identify and address HR issues and trends within the business units, offering creative solutions and recommendations.Employee Engagement and Retention:Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention within assigned business units.Conduct regular employee feedback sessions, analyze feedback, and implement action plans to address concerns and improve employee experience.Partner with the HR team to develop and implement retention strategies, including career development programs, recognition programs, and talent mobility initiatives. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.Full-time MBA in Human Resource Management from a reputed institution.7-8 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and HR business partnering.Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.Proven experience in providing strategic HR support to business units, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
